Our story began with a flavor journey that started by selling mobile ice cream and lemonade when we came from Rize to Bursa in 1960. Following this sincere beginning, we learned the unique recipe of semolina halva, became masters, and have been carefully performing the halva craft since 1960.
Blending our unique heritage passed down from father to son, generation to generation, with our passion for halva and desserts, we have completely focused on the halva sector for the last 20 years. We continue to grow rapidly with our franchise system for the last 7 years, following the requirements of the modern era and never compromising our historical texture and unique quality. We keep our history alive in every bowl and share the happiness of eating with everyone all over the country.
